ABOUT RAIN’S FDP
In this program, you will learn to share your gifts and talents and your message to the world. It is a journey that will ask more of you, and will take you beyond your comfort zone in all areas of your life. It takes commitment and full participation from you. In the process, you will discover more of who you are and thus, it is not recommended for those who are not ready to show up 100% for themselves and others.
At the same time, you will learn Rain’s WISE Facilitation Techniques and how to debrief effectively during a program as you have experienced and witnessed during SEEDS Leadership™ Program (SEEDS). In addition, you will also learn to create your own programs.
You are required to be a demonstration of SEEDS principles in your life. So, if you have a personal message you would like to share to others, this program will show you the path to achieve that. This program is for those who are ready to serve and inspire others to be their best selves.
Note: FDP is by Application Only. All Applicants will be interviewed and screened.

FACILITATOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DETAILS
PRE-REQUISITE
- Graduated from SEEDS Leadership
PROGRAM VENUE:
- Away Bali Legian Camakila Bali, Indonesia.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION:
- You are advised to stay in the hotel for the entire 7 days program.

- We will assist you in making the reservations with the program hotel.
- You may also consider staying at a nearby Hotel and or AirBnB (within 5 mins walking distance).

- DAY 1
September 16 (Monday)
Registration – 8:30 am
Program – 9:00 am – 11:00 pm (approx.) - DAY 2 to DAY 6
September 17 (Tuesday) to September 21 (Saturday)
Program – 9:00 am – 11:00 pm (approx.) - DAY 7
September 22 (Sunday)
Program – 9:00 am– 7:00 pm (approx.)
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Dinner Celebration)
WHAT TO BRING TO THE PROGRAM:
- RM 1000 or CAD 350 or USD 250 or Equivalent
- Daily wear – smart casual
- Please bring a power suit (what you will wear when you are presenting on stage)
- Please bring a graduation attire that represents YOU
- Pants, running/sports outfit and sneakers for certain activities (bring enough change of clothes)
- Please bring a sweater or jacket (something that can be taken off and put back on easily). The temperature in the program space is kept cool
- Swimming suit/shorts/goggles
- Sunblocks / Sunscreen
DRESS CODE:
- During the program, please wear smart casual. We will inform as to when you will be required to wear your business suit. Occasionally, you will be informed that you are allowed to wear jeans.
