Leading as a Demonstration of SEEDS
Facilitation begins with embodiment.
In FDP, participants are required to live and demonstrate the SEEDS principles in their everyday lives. Your presence, integrity, and alignment become part of how you lead. If you carry a personal message you wish to share, this program supports you to translate that message into experiences that are grounded, meaningful, and impactful.
This program is for those who feel ready to lead authentically and guide others toward their highest potential.
Inner Work as the Foundation of Facilitation
At the heart of FDP is deep inner work.
Holding space for individuals and large groups requires emotional steadiness, self-awareness, and inner stability. Throughout the program, inner work is woven into the experience to support nervous system regulation, self-trust, and clarity under pressure.
As your awareness expands, your spiritual connection strengthens as a source of guidance and alignment. This internal foundation supports intuitive facilitation and grounded leadership.
Facilitating as a Team
Running powerful programs requires collaboration.
Participants learn how to work effectively within a facilitation team, developing clarity around roles, communication, and flow. FDP supports the ability to lead while remaining connected to the collective, allowing teamwork to enhance the overall experience.
Prerequisite & Application
Graduation from SEEDS Leadership™ is required.
FDP is offered by application only. All applicants are interviewed and screened to ensure alignment and readiness for the depth of the journey. Participation is limited.
If you feel called to step into facilitation as an embodied expression of who you are, you are invited to apply for the FDP waitlist.
The FDP Experience
The Facilitator Development Program is a one-year journey that includes:
- ☑️ A full 7-day onsite immersive program
- ☑️ Group coaching and mentoring sessions
- ☑️ One-on-one private coaching
- ☑️ Ongoing mentorship and community connection
- ☑️ Lifetime membership within the FDP community
The program is intentionally kept intimate to support depth, personal attention, and meaningful connection.
Developing Facilitation Mastery
Facilitation skills are integrated experientially throughout the program. Participants learn Rain’s WISE Facilitation Techniques as experienced during the SEEDS Leadership™ Program, gaining clarity around how to apply these techniques effectively in real facilitation settings.
You develop the ability to command a room with presence, guide sharings with clarity, and use storytelling to bring insight to life. Through practice, you learn how to create and facilitate games, lead impactful debriefs, and support participants in integrating their experiences into meaningful understanding.
As the program progresses, you are supported in creating your own programs—combining your message, facilitation skills, and personal leadership style into cohesive experiences.

Designing Experiences That Create Impact
Facilitation extends beyond spoken content.
Participants learn how to structure programs intentionally, guide group energy, and create flow from beginning to end. Attention is also given to setting up the room—physically and energetically—to support safety, engagement, and depth.
You develop the ability to respond intuitively in the moment while remaining aligned with the overall intention of the program.
Intuition, Value, and Energy Exchange
Being a facilitator involves standing in your value.
FDP includes exploration of intuition and money, recognizing facilitation as an energetic exchange. This involves bringing awareness to money-related patterns and developing the capacity to receive in an aligned and sustainable way.
As self-trust deepens, facilitation becomes clearer, more confident, and grounded.
