Reciprocity begins with relationship.
Ambassadors share the work because it matters — because someone they care about may be standing near a doorway they once needed.
When a person you welcome joins Seeds Leadership as their first program and the approved conditions are met, Origin of Wisdom may provide a reciprocity token: a financial payment that recognizes your contribution.
This deck covers the Canada reciprocity structure for the Seeds Leadership program only. Reciprocity never measures your worth as an Ambassador. The deeper exchange remains the work itself and the community that grows because of it.

What a reciprocity token is — and is not
Seeds Leadership reciprocity token
When someone joins Seeds Leadership as their first eligible program
A participant's first eligible Seeds or Origin of Wisdom program counts as their first program, whether or not an Ambassador referred them at that time.
When you refer someone and they complete full payment for Seeds Leadership as their first program, Origin of Wisdom provides the following token:
| Program | Reciprocity token (CAD) |
|---|---|
| Seeds Leadership (first program) | CAD 50 |
Full payment must be complete. Installment plans qualify only when the full program price has been collected.
This token applies to Seeds Leadership joining as a first program only. No token applies if the participant has previously enrolled in any other Seeds or Origin of Wisdom program.
When no token applies
These events produce no reciprocity token:
- ✗ Full or partial scholarship
- ✗ Cancellation
- ✗ Refund or partial refund
- ✗ Failed or reversed payment
- ✗ Program credit
- ✗ Seeds Leadership joined as a second program or later
- ✗ Any program other than Seeds Leadership
The Ambassador submits the referral before the participant enrolls or within seven calendar days after the participant's first successful payment. Origin of Wisdom must be able to verify that the introduction happened before enrollment. The seven-day period corrects a missed form submission; it does not create a new referral after enrollment. If two Ambassadors claim the same participant, Rain reviews the available evidence and makes the final decision.
When one of these conditions applies, the referral record moves to a non-payable status. Rain makes the final determination on any disputed or unclear case.
How it works: from referral to payment
A referral's path from submission to token
Exception exits (at any stage):
- ↳ Scholarship / refund / cancellation / failed or reversed payment / program credit → No token — record updated
- ↳ Attribution conflict at step 2 → Rain reviews evidence and makes final decision
- ↳ Rain does not approve at step 5 → Declined — record updated
Your next steps
How you participate
Use the approved referral form. Include the person's name, the program, and the date you introduced them. Submit before the participant enrolls, or within seven calendar days of their first successful payment if you missed the form at the time.
Origin of Wisdom confirms the participant and program. You receive confirmation when the referral is matched. Questions go to Zach.
Once the participant completes full payment and Rain approves eligibility, your CAD 50 token enters the next monthly payment batch. Payment is recorded and confirmed.
Terms and decisions
These amounts and rules are effective as of the date on this deck. Any material change will be announced in the Ambassador Telegram group before it takes effect.
Any change takes effect when it is announced in the Ambassador Telegram group. If a participant had already enrolled and started paying before the announcement, the reciprocity amount for that enrollment stays as agreed. If enrollment or first payment had not yet happened, the new terms apply. Rain resolves any disputed boundary case.
This deck covers the Canada reciprocity structure only and applies to Seeds Leadership joining as a first program. It does not cover other programs or other regions. Separate terms govern other markets.
Rain owns all finance verification, payment approval, questions, and dispute resolution for reciprocity tokens. No other team member authorizes payments or resolves disputes.
